• Wash your hands before preparing food. Make sure all the utensils are thoroughly clean, just before preparing the food.
• Take 1/2 cup of the pancake mix with 1tsp of butter and 1/4 cup of milk/water OR
• Take 1/2 cup of the pancake mix with 1tsp of butter and 1 whole egg. [ 1/2 cup - 60g ]
• If required, any sweetener, such as jaggery / Dried Dates Powder / Coconut jaggery, can be added.
• Mix well to form a smooth batter without lumps.
• You can also adjust the consistency by adding some milk/water to it.
• Warm a flat pan to medium heat. Pour the batter onto the heated pan and do not spread it.
• Drizzle ghee/butter and cook one side well, flip to other side and cook well.
• Pancakes can be served with Honey / Dates Syrup / Maple Syrup / Peanut Butter / Freshly cut fruits of your choice.
