Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
All the products on our website are non-returnable but eligible for replacement under certain conditions. Please note that refunds are not available. You will be eligible for replacement if:
- You have received a damaged product
- The seal of the package is broken
- The product is expired
- The product is undeliverable
- The tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the product
- You have received the wrong product
We would request a picture or video for the proof of damage before we process the replacement.
You will not be eligible for a replacement if:
- You don't require the product any more
- You don't like how the product tastes
- You have placed the order by mistake

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is broken/ tampered seal, expired, damaged, or received the wrong item to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Our products are not eligible for exchange.
Estimated Delivery Time
We take a maximum of 24-48 hours to dispatch. Depending on the location of your PINCODE, the shipment will reach you within 5-7 days from the date of placing the order.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the product until the package is not shipped. Once we have shipped the product, we will be unable to accept the cancellation request as the package will already be on the way to you.
