• Mix multi-grain wheat flour, salt, and water to make dough.
• Roll dough into small balls and flatten into circles.
• Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
• Serve with curry or chutney.
Cooking Method 2 ( Rotis ) :
• Knead multi-grain wheat flour, salt, and water into dough.
• Roll into balls, then flatten into thin rounds.
• Cook on a hot skillet until golden brown, flipping once.
• Brush with oil or ghee while cooking.
• Serve with curry or vegetables.
Cooking Method 3 ( Pancakes ) :
• Mix multi-grain wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, egg, and melted butter.
• Cook ladleful of batter on a greased skillet until golden brown.
• Serve with toppings like maple syrup or fresh fruits.
Cooking Method 4 ( Cookies ) :
• Cream softened butter and brown sugar.
• Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
• Gradually add multi-grain wheat flour to form dough.
• Optionally mix in chocolate chips or nuts.
• Drop spoonful onto a baking sheet and flatten.
• Cut into desired shapes.
• Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden.
