FINGER MILLET (RAGI), BLACK URAD DAL,RED RICE,BROWN RICE, WHEAT, FENUGREEK, CUMIN SEEDS, PEPPER & Nothing Else.
Preparation:
• Take the desired quantity of Ragi Dosa Mix in a bowl.
• Add water and mix well to form a smooth batter. Let it ferment for 6-8 hours or overnight, depending on the climate.
Making the Dosas:
• Heat a non-stick dosa tawa or skillet over medium heat.
• Once hot, pour a ladleful of the batter onto the center of the tawa.
• Using the back of the ladle, spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
• Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges of the dosa.
• Cook until the edges start to brown and lift off the pan.
• Flip the dosa and cook for another minute until lightly browned on the other side.
• Remove from the pan and serve hot with chutney, sambar, or any preferred accompaniment.
Repeat:
• Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as needed to ensure even cooking.
